**Retail Store Team Lead Opportunity**

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service * Assist in operational functions of the store, including opening and closing procedures * Model desired selling and customer service behaviors to promote a positive in-store experience * Collaborate with store management to execute action plans and optimize store operations * Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide positive feedback * Assist in resolving customer service matters and oversee tasks to maximize efficiency of store operations * Communicate individual and/or team performance feedback to store management * Ensure team receives scheduled breaks and/or meal periods * Create an open and outward communication on the sales floor * Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines **Requirements:** * 1+ years of related experience in a retail apparel environment, luxury retail experience is a plus * Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team and viewed as a leader among peers * Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports * Strong organization and problem-solving skills * Passion for upholding an exceptional customer experience * Collaborate with others, yet be self-motivated * Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays **About Roots:** Roots is a company that values its employees and provides opportunities for growth and development.
