Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Penningtons. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving store success by leading and developing a high-performing team, achieving sales and profit goals, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve store objectives and KPI goals
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-spot feedback to team members
  • Implement merchandise strategies to drive sales and profit growth
  • Maintain a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment
  • Communicate effectively with Store Manager and District Manager to drive business results
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
  • Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
