Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and supporting the Store Manager in achieving store objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean and inviting store environment
  • Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and District Manager to achieve store objectives

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
  • Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create an amazing customer experience
