We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Penningtons team. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading a team of sales associates to achieve store objectives and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean and inviting store environment
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives and KPI goals
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales and profit goals
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
