Job Title: Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at Roots. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in the operational functions of the store, while also motivating the sales team to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the operational functions of the store, including POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  • Support and cover for the Store and Assistant Managers in their absence.
  • Model desired selling and customer service behaviors at all times to promote an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved operations of the store.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of related experience in a retail apparel environment, with luxury retail experience a plus.
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a sales team and be viewed as a leader among peers.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Passion for upholding an exceptional customer experience.
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
