What We're Looking For
  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build authentic client relationships
  • Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize your workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
  • Insurance broker license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  • BONUS 2-3 years of commercial and/or personal lines insurance experience
What You'll Do
  • Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
  • Continuously grow your insurance industry knowledge and experience
