About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Sunset Country Family Health Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a physician's office or public/community health centre setting.
  • Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct criminal record checks and ensure licensure as a Nurse Practitioner by the province/territory of work.
