Civil Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team at Jardeg-Construction. As a key member of our Civil Infrastructure Division, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing construction projects from the earliest stages of their life cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in preconstruction services, including site logistics, project scheduling, and design review.
- Manage site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, and field cost control.
- Determine construction methods, materials quantities, equipment, and work schedules.
- Coordinate work with different crafts, company departments, and subcontractors.
- Maintain relationships with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor safety programs and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
- Take an active role in hiring, training, and monitoring field personnel.
- Assist with project meetings and claim resolution.
- Varying years of construction experience, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisor capacity role.
- Proficiency in structural concrete & steel, earthworks, foundations, and deep installations.
- Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 15M.
- Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams.
- Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
- Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.
