Civil Infrastructure Project Manager

Graham Construction is seeking a highly skilled Civil Superintendent to lead our projects from the earliest stages to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in preconstruction services, including site logistics, project scheduling, and design review.
- Manage site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, and field cost control.
- Determine construction methods, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
- Coordinate work with different crafts, company departments, and subcontractors.
- Maintain relationships with engineering, estimating, and planning teams.
- Ensure compliance with company and site safety programs.
- Take an active role in hiring, training, and monitoring field personnel.
- Assist project managers with claim resolution and warranty.
- Manage project budgets for self-performed work.
Requirements:
- 2-8 years of construction experience, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisor capacity.
- Proficiency in structural concrete, steel, earthworks, foundations, and deep installations.
- Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 15M.
- Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams.
- Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
- Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.
