About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Superintendent to join our Infrastructure division. As a seasoned professional with a background in Municipal Infrastructure work, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resource-loaded 3-week look-ahead schedules that meet the overall project schedule.
  • Oversee the care and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment on the project.
  • Review subtrade/supplier invoices against field purchase orders and report any discrepancies.
  • Hire and manage hourly employees as required to complete the project.
  • Prepare field change orders to be signed by project owners or representatives.
  • Ensure site safety measures meet or exceed corporate safety manual parameters.
