Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Botros Kodi Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for construction projects, taking into account materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete projects successfully.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction work meets quality standards and identify any potential issues or defects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all construction activities are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent exposure to dust, odors, and other hazardous materials
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Construction sites, with frequent travel to project locations
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required
