Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Steelage Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, coordinating activities, and ensuring the health and safety of workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and optimize resource allocation
  • Review blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Procure materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Permanent employment with a standard 40-hour workweek
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
