About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Hefty Construction Ltd. as a key member of our residential construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Cost Management: Estimate and manage project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
