Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Superior IDP Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, estimating costs and materials required for each project.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on construction sites, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train workers, arranging for additional training as needed to ensure they have the necessary skills to complete their tasks.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and maintain construction equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and meets project requirements.
  • Site Management: Oversee construction sites, ensuring they are well-organized and that all necessary materials and supplies are available.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
