Job Title: General Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Construction Supervisor to join our team at AWCSIT CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The General Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and Cost Control: Estimate costs and materials for construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

The General Construction Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
