Athletes in Action (AIA) is a ministry that empowers people to know Jesus and experience his power to transform the world through sport.
We are seeking a Regional Director to work with our team to further our mission. This role will involve collaborating with regional staff, coaches, and volunteers to implement Action Camps, Action Clubs, and other community-based sports initiatives.
The successful candidate will oversee and be responsible for the following areas:
- Hiring and supervising the staff and volunteer team in their region
- Operating camps, clubs, and sports initiatives in their region
- Managing the region's budget
- Developing relationships with local churches and community sports groups
This position requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to further our mission.
The Regional Director will also have the opportunity to build a partnership team that provides financial and prayer support for the ministry.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about sports ministry and has a strong track record of leadership and collaboration.
