Job Title: Addictions Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Addictions Worker to join our team at Home Base Yellowknife. As an Addictions Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with addictions and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide education and support to individuals with addictions and mental health issues
  • Work in a youth drop-in centre and shelter for the homeless
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive support services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
