About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Osmow's Shawarma Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Ensure that our staff are working efficiently and effectively to provide excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock of ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality control, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock, and wastage, and maintain accurate records of our operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of our food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and other staff members.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and for extended periods, standing and moving around the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
