About the Role

Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
