About the Role:
- We are looking for a trusted advisor to our clients and prospects, using expertise and consulting skills to solve critical HCM Compliance, HRIS Technology, and business issues.
- As a Sales Specialist Senior, you will increase sales performance by working directly with sales professionals to identify, develop, and present business solutions with the latest messaging techniques to buyers over the phone or in person.
Requirements:
- Three to eight years of experience in Payroll, HR, or Workforce Management
- NPI Payroll Certification or HR Certification
- A positive self-starter with excellent time management skills, prioritization, and engagement management capabilities
- A strategic partner who can increase sales performance by collaborating with sales professionals
- A knowledge seeker who participates in creative play to determine the best fit for technology
Bonus Points:
- Prior work experience in the Payroll/HR Industry
- Related technical certifications
- Deep knowledge in a specialty, such as recruitment, global payroll, etc.
