We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Software Sales Consultant to join our team at Entire Hire. In this role, you will be responsible for generating pipeline opportunities in existing customer accounts, identifying decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and influencing closed business.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong background in software sales and a proven track record of overachieving quota and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upselling into existing accounts to increase licensing levels and drive new business opportunities
  • Executing on-time licensing agreements renewal and true-ups, ensuring seamless transitions for customers
  • Developing and deploying account strategies to generate interest and demand among prospective customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in consultative selling, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
  • A strong understanding of structural differences between small, mid, and large businesses
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Siebel or similar sales-focused tools

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
