Job Title: Administrative Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our administrative team at the Innisfail Dental Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The annual estimated salary range is $50,000 - $65,000, based on industry standards and location factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Establish work priorities and implement processes to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity levels.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business growth and development.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity.
  • Relocation costs covered by the employer.
