The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to delegate work effectively, establish priorities, and ensure procedures are followed. A strong understanding of budgetary controls and inventory management is also essential.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

The Administrative Director will be responsible for:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Reviewing and evaluating existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Coordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
  • Resolving conflict situations and monitoring employee performance;

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration and leadership. A degree from a recognized institution is required. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and willingness to relocate is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • 2-3 years of experience in administration and leadership;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity;
