Administrative Leadership Position in Kreate Systems

Kreate Systems is seeking an experienced Administrative Leader to join our team. This dynamic individual will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement New Procedures: Design and implement new administrative procedures that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate and Delegate: Review and evaluate existing procedures, delegating tasks effectively to support staff as needed.
- Establish Priorities: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Carry Out Administrative Activities: Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Coordinate Office Services: Plan and co-ordinate services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist with Budget Preparation: Support in preparing the operating budget and maintaining fiscal controls.
- Resolve Conflict Situations: Effectively manage and resolve conflict situations within the office environment.
- Maintain Records: Monitor and evaluate performance, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
- Organize Conferences and Meetings: Coordinate conferences and meetings, facilitating smooth communication among team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and evaluating administrative procedures.
- Excellent delegation and time management skills.
- Able to establish clear priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with inventory management and budget preparation.
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
Work Environment:
- 35-40 hours per week.
