Operations Manager for Administrative Efficiency

White Rock Immigration Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily administrative tasks and procedures of our office. This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual who can prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and lead a team of support staff.
About the Role
This full-time position requires 35-40 hours of work per week and comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Evaluate and review existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to support staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Establish priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Train and develop support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
