Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Canada Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, contracts, and invoices, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform tasks related to correspondence, including typing and proofreading documents.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
