Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Administrative Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our departmental staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to departmental staff, including calendar management, telephone communications, and customer service.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents in English and French.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Perform various other secretarial and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Vocational diploma in an appropriate study program.
  • Two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingualism and a good knowledge of English and French grammar.
  • Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, and Kronos.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and interpersonal and customer service skills.
