Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ABB. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our business operations, ensuring seamless communication and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate representative
  • Greet visitors, communicate, and record pertinent information
  • Coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic
  • Process sub-contractor payables invoices by matching and validating materials/services received
  • Reconcile supplier statements, identify overlooked items, and request missing documentation
  • Perform general administrative activities, maintain records, and provide backup support to the team
Requirements
  • Bilingual, French and English written and spoken
  • Professional conduct and desire to learn new things
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Data Entry and Reporting
  • Accounting
  • Minimum High School degree
  • Written communication skills
