Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Licensing Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with licensing and registration of vehicles for our Quebec/Eastern Canada business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and shredding documents
  • Conduct bank and SAAQ runs to obtain necessary documentation
  • Gather and document activity and correspondence with various teams, including Operations, Rental, Sales, Asset Management, and Finance
  • Complete transactions in person, online, and through mail to license/register Ryder and customer vehicles at agencies within Eastern Canada and Quebec
  • Handle financial documents and reconcile accounting transactions
  • Process tolls and citations as needed

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
  • One year or more of administrative experience in an office environment
  • Experience in a logistics environment is an asset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
  • Personal transportation required to complete job tasks
