Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Licensing Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with licensing and registration of vehicles for our Quebec/Eastern Canada business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and shredding documents
- Conduct bank and SAAQ runs to obtain necessary documentation
- Gather and document activity and correspondence with various teams, including Operations, Rental, Sales, Asset Management, and Finance
- Complete transactions in person, online, and through mail to license/register Ryder and customer vehicles at agencies within Eastern Canada and Quebec
- Handle financial documents and reconcile accounting transactions
- Process tolls and citations as needed
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
- One year or more of administrative experience in an office environment
- Experience in a logistics environment is an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
- Personal transportation required to complete job tasks
