About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biologics Sales Representative to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our prescription dermatology biologics and achieving/exceeding sales goals and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and strategic marketing objectives to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge and promoting and generating demand for Rx products in a competitive market.
  • Plan and execute effective sales calls/activities on targeted HCPs (dermatologists and allergists).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including dermatologists and allergists, to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal/external key stakeholders to anticipate customer needs and support solution development.
  • Represent Galderma at trade shows, conventions, and other meetings, and deliver presentations and training sessions to HCPs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven specialty sales success in a quota-driven role, with a strong track record of consistent documented success.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge of the complex immunological pathways targeted by biologics, with the ability to discuss underlying disease mechanisms and how biologics modify them.
  • Evidence-based medicine skills, with proficiency in interpreting clinical trial data and presenting compelling evidence on the safety and efficacy of biologics to HCPs.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office in a Windows environment and familiarity with sales tracking and reporting software (Veeva CRM, Power BI).
