Dermatology Territory Manager

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that is dedicated to advancing the field of dermatology for every skin story. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biologics Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in quota-driven sales roles, with a focus on dermatology, specialty/medical device sales, and biologics. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Galderma's prescription dermatology biologics, delivering sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and strategic marketing objectives. Key responsibilities include acquiring and maintaining expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge, and promoting and generating demand for Rx products in a competitive market. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing data on a monthly basis and developing strategic business plans to enhance long-term sales performance. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for producing reports and analyses to evaluate territory performance and identify opportunities, representing Galderma by attending trade shows, conventions, and other meetings, and delivering a variety of administrative tasks timely and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, ability to understand market opportunities, and knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory.
