Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team at FirstService Residential Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our condominium properties, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall operation of condominium properties, including budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our residents receive exceptional service.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our team members, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in condominium property management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing condominium properties, including budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, team members, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
