About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team at FirstService Residential Canada. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our new start-up condominium properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our condominium properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to our property management team, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, board members, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the property management process.
  • Quality Control and Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate our property management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure that we are delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Hold a General License in good standing, RCM or other recognized property management designation, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in condominium property management.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Possess excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as a strong understanding of condominium operations, financial accounting, and budgeting.
  • Travel and Availability: Be available for emergency on-call and after-hours service, as well as evening meeting commitments, and be willing to travel to various properties and head office as required.
