FirstService Residential is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team in the Toronto-Lakeshore Area. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential communities, providing exceptional service to our clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our residential communities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction, retention, and overall community experience.
- Collaborate with our regional director to develop and achieve business goals, including revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of property management professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with board members, residents, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
- General License in good standing.
- RCM or other recognized property management designation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in condominium management, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Strong knowledge of condominium law, financial management, and property operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
