About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team at FirstService Residential Canada. As a Property Management Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of new condominium properties, providing exceptional service to residents, and maintaining a positive working relationship with the Board of Directors and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of new condominium properties, ensuring compliance with company objectives and industry standards.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to property staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with the Board of Directors, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Quality Control and Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve property management processes, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing productivity.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Hold a General License in good standing, RCM or other recognized property management designation, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in condominium property management.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Possess excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills, with a strong understanding of condominium operations, financial accounting, and property management principles.
  • Professional Certifications: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field from an accredited college or university.
