Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees, including reconciliation and audit tasks.
Perform remittances related to payroll and make changes to group insurance premiums as required.
Prepare special off-cycle payroll runs for bonus and stock options.
Manage time banks, sick leaves, vacations, and unpaid absences in support of the Finance team.
Participate in year-end audit file preparation and support processes.

Requirements
1-3 years of experience in payroll or a related field.
ACP/PCP course completion is mandatory.
Bilingualism is an asset, as well as experience with Nethris or similar systems.

Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience.
