Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, reconciling and auditing payrolls, and preparing special off-cycle runs for bonuses and stock options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees
  • Perform remittances related to payroll
  • Manage time banks, sick leaves, vacations, and unpaid absences in connection with the Finance team
  • Prepare special off-cycle payroll runs for bonus and stock options
  • Participate in year-end audit files preparation
Requirements:
  • CPA/PCP Course required
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration
  • Bilingualism (an asset)
  • Experience working with Ceridian or other systems (an asset)
Benefits:
