We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Compensation Specialist to join our People Advisory Consulting team in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client relationships and new business across various industries and sectors.
  • Lead compensation engagements, providing subject matter expertise to clients and internal team members.
  • Provide technical guidance on Quebec and Ontario pay equity, job analysis, job design, and job evaluation.
  • Design compensation structures, conduct market analysis, and create tailored salary benchmarks and pay philosophies.
  • Manage Pay Equity filings and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Support the design and implementation of incentive plans.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Due to frequent contact with English-speaking partners and clients, knowledge of English is essential for this position.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and pay equity across various industries.
  • Certified Compensation Practitioner (CCP) designation is an asset.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
