Key Responsibilities:
  • Client engagement and cross-team collaboration: Work with the content writers in the editorial team to understand the market, engaging with key stakeholders in the market and proactively understanding and analysing their content needs and objectives.
  • Content strategy and development: Collaborate with the editorial team to translate client requirements into comprehensive and innovative content strategies, design programs of primary research to meet client needs, and support the creation of monthly market commentary.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Essential:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Business, Marketing).
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in research analysis, content creation, and client engagement.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with external clients and industry stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in content management tools, data analytics, and multimedia content creation.
    • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience of statistical software packages (particularly IBM SPSS Statistics).
    • Basic working knowledge of survey scripting platforms, and data visualisation tools.
    • Evidence of formal qualifications in the Market Research industry (Advanced Market Research Certification or similar).
    • Proven track record of public speaking and thought leadership activities is a plus.
