Job Title: Senior Business Development Analyst - IT Solutions

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Analyst to join our team at Ezeemdigitech. As a Senior Business Development Analyst - IT Solutions, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze complex business problems and recommend effective solutions
  • Elicit and gather various types of requirements from stakeholders (including business and IT)
  • Document requirements in appropriate formats
  • Communicate requirements to various stakeholders, including business and IT leaders/subject matter experts

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 10 years' experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Minimum 10 years of IT industry experience
  • Experience in at least one of the following industries: Gaming, Supply Chain or Retail
  • Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL (including service design and service level management)

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year
