About the Job
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement creative recruitment plans to promote the Dentons Canada brand and attract diverse candidates.
- Student Experience: Design and deliver exceptional student experiences from onboarding to article completion, ensuring their growth, development, and success.
- Budget Management: Oversee the Toronto office's budget for student program expenses, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Talent Priorities: Collaborate with Directors of Talent in Canadian offices and the Director of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity to embed best practices in all student and recruitment processes.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment, talent development, and inclusion. Key qualifications include:
- LL.B or J.D.: A recognized law degree with several years of legal practice experience.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in recruitment, including experience in similar professional services industries.
- Inclusive Mindset: Demonstrated interest in developing people, promoting inclusion, and diversity.
- Leadership Skills: Developed leadership abilities, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively across the Firm.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with engaging presentation abilities.

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
