About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on customer loyalty. Reporting to the Senior Director, Loyalty, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive member engagement strategy that drives growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire and retain members
  • Create engaging content and promotions to drive customer loyalty and advocacy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and benefits within the Plum rewards program
  • Analyze key performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize results

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in loyalty and CRM/data-driven marketing. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A post-secondary education in business or marketing, with an MBA considered an asset
  • 7+ years of experience in loyalty and/or CRM/data-driven marketing, preferably in agency, retail, or consumer goods
  • Strong project management skills and ability to build new CRM data environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results

As a Customer Engagement Manager at Indigo, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of $**115,000 - 130,000 per year**, depending on experience.
