Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analysis Manager at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a critical role in leading the delivery of business requirements on large programs. You will work closely with Portfolio Management and Project Management to ensure effective delivery of overall portfolio needs. Your expertise in business analysis will be instrumental in driving business value and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop plans to meet those needs
  • Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities
  • Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
  • Develop and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives
  • Partner with the Business and Solution Architects, and Technology teams to define business needs and explore, assess, and recommend value-add solution options to support business strategies

Requirements

  • Strong business analysis skills and experience in leading requirements delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with business process modeling and requirements analysis
