Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analysis Manager to lead our requirements delivery on large programs. As a key member of our Finance & Audit IT team, you will be responsible for managing and leading requirements delivery on large programs, either funded within Finance or funded via Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Project Management to ensure effective delivery of overall portfolio needs through coordination of assignments across the Business Analysis team to optimize skill and capabilities fit.
  • Advocate the value of Business Analysis to Business and Technology stakeholders, and build a shared understanding of the Business Analysis role in the organization.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution by clarifying Business Analysis role and responsibilities on projects and programs.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to build the capabilities of the Business Analysis team.
  • Continually enhance skills and build knowledge in all aspects of the organization and within the Business Analysis domain.

Requirements Analysis and Documentation

  • Engage large and diverse business stakeholder groups to facilitate requirements discovery, analysis, and review.
  • Apply key elicitation techniques and advanced facilitation techniques to conduct large workshops.
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives.
  • Partner with the Business and Solution Architects, and Technology teams to define business needs and explore, assess and recommend value-add solution options to support business strategies.
  • Ensure team and stakeholders have knowledge of the RBC Requirements Process.
  • Participate in requirements effort estimation at project portfolio level.
  • Partner with project management to identify projects' interdependencies.
  • Ensure quality of requirement deliverables and requirements estimates.
  • Resolve requirements conflicts and issues between projects as escalated by the team.
  • Analyze and document scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements process and techniques.
