About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of $45,000 per annum, offering 40 hours of work per week in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm them with relevant parties.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages, relaying information as necessary.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information for reporting purposes.
  • Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Compose, edit, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree not required but an equivalent amount of experience is expected.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
