This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Sales Director. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our sales efforts in the building products industry.

About Us:

We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of aluminum/vinyl siding, windows, and other exterior home improvement products. Our company spans across Canada, providing exceptional customer service from coast to coast.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. You will also oversee sales operations, analyze data to inform business decisions, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

What We Offer:

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus bonuses based on performance. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plans.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the building products industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
