Job Title: Assistant Manager, Accounting and Finance

Macaulay Child Development Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager, Accounting and Finance to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
  • Working towards obtaining accounting designation (CPA, CGA, CMA, CA).
  • Minimum three years' accounting and finance experience.
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
