FCC Construcción, a leading international infrastructure and citizen services group, seeks an experienced Environmental Quality Manager to join their team for the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations Project in Toronto, ON. This senior management position requires a strong background in environmental management and planning, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in major projects similar in size and complexity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing environmental obligations, ensuring project compliance with environmental goals, and addressing non-conformances. Key qualifications include certification as a quality professional, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Training Course completion, and 10+ years of education and experience in environmental compliance programs or quality management.

This role involves effective communication, conflict resolution, and organization skills, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of relevant environmental and waste legislation, standards, and industry practices.
