Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Mile High Poutine is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
