Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal Majesty Espresso Bar Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and bakery, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications: Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling certificate.
Our coffee shop and bakery operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring staff to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and maintaining attention to detail.

- Work Term: Permanent position.

- Hours: 40 hours per week.
